Significant efforts are made during manufacture and testing to ensure only the highest quality products are delivered to
you.
In the unlikely event that upon receipt one of our products does not live up to your expectations, we will repair or replace it at our option, or refund the purchase price, at your option. This is only for a defect in the timer, not a no charge refund for items purchased in error.
Use conditions, vibration, or a crash can sometimes affect the timer. We maintain a full stock of replacement parts, and can usually repair a timer at a fraction of the new price.
